My neighbor raked all her leaves through an existing space under my fence and onto my lawn. This after I spent 2 days raking my own lawn.
I then raked the leaves back onto her property.
Now she's on a rampage..... she took an old plastic kids swimming pool and stood it up between our properties (where the fence ends); so I have to look at it everyday. What's the point?
This morning next to the pool was a large bag of trash. She's careful to make sure she puts it right over the property line...
I believe this is harassment? Would there be any point to taking pictures and documenting this?
I called my local town hall and they said as long as its on her property I had no recourse.
