So I received a speeding ticket of 82 mph in a 65 mph zone. My officer said if I go to court, the judge may reduce the price of your ticket and refer me to driving school so it does not affect my insurance. However, I don't think the judge will reduce my ticket so do you think I should go to court and try? Or should I just pay the ticket online and try to get driving school and not even go to court?

If the fine was reduced in court it would be an insignificant amount. You are going to pay about the same either way.
If you qualify for traffic school you might just pay up and do it online, saving the hassle of court.

And avoiding the hassle of an insurance rate increase.
