I just got a speeding for going 55mph in a 30mph zone. Here are my priors:

Failure to Reduce Speed (Oct/07) - Court Supervision completed.
Driving out of Classification (Oct/07) - Court Supervision completed.
Speeding 81mph in a 65mph zone (June/08) - NO Court Supervision, Paid Fine

I am only 19 years old.

I was wondering if this new ticket would result in a suspension of my license. Or is it possible to get court supervision on this new ticket? I did have a radar and it didn't go off, I don't know if that makes a difference. Should I fight in court? It was not a state or local police officer. It was an undercover cop with a Ford Taurus with unmarked license plates. Any chance he won't show up in court? Any help would be great.

It will be in your best interest to contest the ticket. How you go about it depends on your state and local court procedures.

Do you know if I am still eligible for court supervision? Is it true that if you get 2 tickets within 1 year when your under 21, your license gets suspended?
