I got a ticket for speeding, I was going 87 in a 55. I have never had a speeding ticket before and don't know what to expect. I know that I have to appear in court they wont let me pay it off. I am guilty, but I don't have the money to pay it. My court date is Monday, what should I do? Do Georgia courts give people payment plans? If I cannot pay on my court date, will I be sent to jail? Please advise.
