I just got pulled over on I-287N for going 85 in 65 speed limit. My question is that I know that I was not going 85mph, maybe 75, and there was a car in front of me and 2 cars directly behind me, but I was the only who got pulled over!!! The car behind me was even tailgating me!! I already requested for a court date and want to contest this ticket. This is my first speeding ticket ever. Does anyone ever been in the same situation? Please advise.
