Hello I bought a complete package with guaranteed earnings and Did everything they told me, 8 months later there is no income at all, they try to stop the guarantee and no money back from them. Of course they are a scam, I am putting legal charges to them, now they said that they are not located in UK and they told me that location before buying. They are not serous. Robert Burns always lies and I dont think that Jhon Amber exist, I cant talk to him, they say he is very busy to attend my calls

Most likely these scammers are somewhere on the African, East European, or Asian continent.

I also bought into this and can verify that is surely a scam! Can you update on how your legal proceedings are going, I only managed to establish that they are banking with Santander thus far.

Sorry to hear about your Ambertel Company problems. We don't know anything about this company. If you've invested in it, did you receive shares of stock? A formal written agreement along with documentation about the company or corporate entity? There are several Ambertel companies, including one that appears to be in the porn business that is located in the UK. The directors don't seem to have those names. Without more, there is little anyone can do to help. You first need to identify what it is you think you own sufficiently and then tracking down the rest can begin.

I have been supplied with written confirmation that the I own the website for life and have gaurenteed earnings, unfortunately they only supply one with phone numbers and email, since I am in south africa I can not verify the adress in the UK they supply, they keep on changing their banking details.

Hi - thanks for your reply. I honestly don't know what it means "I own the website for life" - did you buy a website which is supposed to generate income? I'm not quite sure what it is you bought and I thought it was ownership in the Ambertel company, not a website that is sold to you as a revenue generator, if I'm understanding correctly.

Yes, I do verify the address with a friend of mine in London and it was a real estate office, they are totally fake

Hello Michael, sorry to get late with this message, they provided a written agreement after buying from them 2000 pounds for all inclusive package, that includes websites with affiliates adult offers in the adult-porn industry plus Marketing - SEO to get visitors, the package comes with guarantee earnings. I regularly help people with website, search engine optimization, etc. on a large scale. I've seen numerous offers in the adult business that have all the signs of something not being on the level. 99% of them are clearly in violation of Google's guidelines when it comes to SEO. It wouldn't surprise me if this was one of them.

Much of the time those defrauded have a case. But the fraudsters know that you have to chase them down. Perhaps you can file a case against these companies and individuals in the UK and in Singapore - or wherever the deal was made. If they are registered companies, that would seem to be your remedy. If you're asking for others to help you with the work - good luck. Nobody is going to finance a case like this unless they know (1) the chances of winning a lawsuit are high; (2) the amount of damages will be very significant; and (3) there is a very high likelihood of being able to collect upon a judgment. That's the best I can offer.

Good Morning. It's not very often that I respond to false statements but I feel this time I must verify the situation. We were only speaking with Mr Rivera last week by email in regards to his distorted complaint with you, in fact we are in the process of our own legal action but have given him the opportunity to address his remarks. His latest request to us on the 16th of this month was for us to transfer the website to his servers for which we have no problem with however he is still in debt with us and does not own the website until fully paid for. We have offered to discuss this further with him but while he is posting false and inflamatory statements about us, we cannot progress any further. My further thoughts on this is that you have taken his side without investigating the case further to get a balanced view from a company who has been in business for in excess of 18 years and whom is bound to get some unhappy clients.
