Hello my names Niall Jones and I would like to know if I can prosocute someone under the age of 18 for Hacking or accessing private infomation on my site hosted by a hosting company, That I pay for hosting. Because private data on my site has been changed without permission. And I know who done it.

You cannot criminally prosecute someone although I do encourage you to contact your state attorney general if in the US. You can civilly prosecute them but that might be more of a cost challenge than worth your while, especially if they aren't local. I personally wish there could be an easier way to do this. Good luck!
