I have a trial date in two days for a business credit card debt that the credit card company is persuading me personally for. The S-Corp company has been closed/out of business for 3 years, I was the president. I just received a "Stipulation of dismissal without prejudice" as to me personally AND "Notice under rule 77 waived" From my research, without prejudice means they could file against me in the future. Is this true and should I sign this document from the collection agency/attorney?
