Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Sibling Stole Drink, Can I Be Seen At Fault?

I believe my sister has been stealing an alcoholic drink of mine from time to time. I've stopped buying any kind of drinks for now, but wanted to know, should I continue buying drinks and if she keeps stealing some.. if she were to get caught by police while out and about with one of my stolen drinks, would I be held at fault?

Already tried securing the liquor before ceasing to buy.

Like Moose said, the attempt to prevent the minor from getting the alcohol is what will keep you from any trouble.
