Short Sale Question

My husband and I filled Ch 7 and discharged in December 9th, 2007.
Our house has 3 mortgages and cannot pay for them. Trustee decided to do a short sale to pay the 3 banks.
My question: The first mortgage company stopped harassing us, sending bills and calling us after the motion to stay for chapter 7. However the other 2 mortgage companies still send us bills telling us we are in default, posting monthly negative information on our credit report. Should have that stopped when all of the other creditors stopped?
Is it common for the banks to continue billing us and posting negative info in the credit report while the house is being on the market for a short sale?
All of the parties have been notified and all of the mortgage companies have agreed to the short sale, why do they continue damaging our credit?
Please anyone knows if this is common practice?
Thank you
