This is my second offence shoplifting but the first time was in Kentucky, the second time was in west Virginia, what am I looking at

Haven't the foggiest idea. What are you asking? What is the charge(s)? How long ago was the last offense? What did you steal (a candy bar is different than a car)?

You definitely need to talk to a lawyer - he/she will go over your options with you & try to get you the best outcome possible. Don't steal anymore.
