Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft shoplifting 3rd offense

i had two prior charges one was kinda dismissed and the other one i served unsupervised probation and community service. now i gotten anther one i was wondering what can i do to escape jail time? i am a single parent and i dont want my child to go to dss or a home.

This is very serious and jail is a very likely option. You need an Attorney and badly to see what if any options you might have. Perhaps you could serve jail time on weekends so your children can stay with Family or friends. I will also suggest you that you enroll in an Anti Shoplifting course as it appears you might have a problem.
