Well, get over there and get your summons.

You're probably being sued, but sometimes they run stings this way and you get there and they arrest you for outstanding warrants.

There is no way for us to know for sure what the papers are. If you want to know what they are or why you are wanted at the sheriff's dept., you will have to go & see.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with completely ignoring the letter. If they have something to give you they can find you.
