My ex-girlfriend moved out after I caught her having an online affair, and left our daughter and I here with all the bills. She does still see our daughter a couple times a week when I can afford to bring her to her. Her name is still on our lease, and another rental agreement for furniture. She refuses to pay me for these as well as refusing to pay Child Support saying she has her own bills to pay. She is also a Resident Alien who does not have proper ID in her possesion. She lost her "green Card and Passport" 8 years ago and never had them replaced she is using her old "Green Card" with her maiden name on it for identification and it has expired long ago and an invalid Massachusetts ID for her ID's. She has claimed on her taxes and when she applies for work that she is a US citizen and just uses her SS card and her MA. ID for those purposes. She is also being investigated by the IRS for tax fraud (for tax year 2007) and tax evasion( for year 2006), and by Zurich N.A. for insurance fraud on a workers comp claim. She has also subjected my daughter to soft porn by having my daughter take some revealing pictures of her so she can post them on myspace for her new boyfriend from Australia to see. Lastly my daughter also overheard her talking on the phone during a visitation that she is just going to have to kidnap her, my concerns are she may try to take her to Australia, because she makes my daughter talk to this guy on the phone when she is there. I'm also wondering if with all of this can she be deported? My daughter doesn't want to visit with her but we make her go anyways because I think that it is best that she has a relationship with her mother regardless of my own feelings and emotions towards her. My daughter claims that she doesn't feed her and that when she is with her she is usually on the computer or phone and doesn't do anything with her. What can I do? Sorry for rambling!!!
