Hi

I owe 4% of a company in Singapore and they failed to pay me for some 16 months, I am currently in the process of taking them to an employment tribunal. During the ACAS process (So I can not use the message in a case against them.) . What they stated however was quite alarming and I need some advice.

Effectively what they stated was that they will write off my shares since the shareholder agreement has a breach clause and that they do not even need to prove a breach occured. There has been no breach of the agreement from myself and we are actively engaged in legal action. This sounds extremely dodge to me but I'm not sure what if anything I can do about it?

The worst part of this is that they have stated that they are going to charge me for the effective theft of my shares.
