I have a house I bought with my ex, she won't make any moves in settling on the property one way or another. Recently, my child support almost double for the simple reason that she's not working. I have to cover what she's not able to cover. Now, I'm stuck in a dilemma where I can't afford to live myself. I want to remind you of the house. Would it be against the law for me to move back in so I can afford to live to try to persuade her to hurry this alone or will that lead to trouble for me in the end? Just looking for some kind of daylight. Please help!!!
