My son has been charged with sexual misconduct with a minor. If he is found guilty, and is considered a sex offender, some inmates told him that he will not be allowed around his kids, this doesnt seem right, and when I try to talk to his Public Defender, can't get a straight answer. I am going to post the situation later, but he has been offered a plea, and need to know if this is true. If it is, he wants to go to trail.. His kids are only 3 months and 7 months.
