Thank goodness, the deceased party isn't you.
Other than that, not much you can do about anyone's death, but grieve and mourn.

The death of the other party isn't your problem.

The entity filing the foreclosure action has to address the person's death.

Fortunately, these money grubbing, greedy, entities; haven't created a way to rob, hound, or sue us in the grave, the tomb, or an urn holding our cremains!!!!
