Senior Living Facility

    I live in an apartment building that rents to seniors and persons with disabilities. Management is imposing senior living rutes and regulations on the tenants. The ONLY thing that this building has is an emergency pull chord in the bath and bedroom. I don;t believe that qualifies them as a senior facility. What are the qualifications to be called a legal senior living facility?

    What does that mean?

    Whether the term "senior living facility" has any legal significance and, if so, what that significance is depends on the laws of your unidentified state.

    For context, why do you care?
