Ok... My last post didn't show up for some reason, so Im gonna try again. Im trying to get some information on the legality of selling PDE5 inhibitors (like Viagra, cialis, etc.) as research chemicals on the internet. There seems to be a sort of grey area in the law here. From what I understand, it's apparently legal to sell these things for the intent of research.

So my question is, are internet sites that sell these drugs as research chemicals legal so long as they put up a "for research only" disclaimer? And what about the buyers? Are the buyers in violation of the law if they buy one of these products that are being sold for research, with the intent of getting it for personal use?

Don't buy drugs on the internet.
