Are you allowed to sell liquor online? What incense do you need?

Some jurisdictions permit liquor to be sold via the internet.

I suggest you inquire of the regulatory authorities in the jurisdiction where you which to conduct business.


Be advised, at a minimum you will be required to obtain a liquor license, plus lots of other permits.

Start with the liquor licensing board in your jurisdiction.

If you are permitted, you may only be allowed to do so within a certain jurisdiction. Shipping alcohol across state lines or outside the allowed jursidiction will make you very, very broke. You also will have a responsibility, just as if at a store, to verify the age of those purchasing alcohol, and again, you could find yourself very, very broke.

It seems the negatives far outweigh the advantages. I wouldn't do it.
