I may need to appeal decision by University in VA Circuit court regarding tuition.
I think this means I'm taking state to court!
The economics are such that using an attorney will at best break even. However, I feel confident enough in my abilities and research of the applicable law to have a completely sound case to present.
So it would seem that I could do this myself, with some legal counseling (particularly on procedures and documents etc).
What the best way of doing this?
I have nothing to loose - if I dont appeal, the result is the same as loosing appeal.
