Seeking a lawyer to represent a daycare provider in OCFS administrative hearing. Lawyer must be versed in the DOH and OCFS laws. There was no injury to any child, simply an inspector over reacting. You really don't want to hire an attorney that trolls advice site for clients. Call the Bar Assoc for NY and they will refer you to an attorney.
