i swiveled a neighbors security camera what trouble could i be in, did not mean any harm but the camera head moved and i readjusted it. It was put there because of our disputing

I suspect he will call the police about this

If you damaged the camera you should expect to be held responsible for the damage.
Police aren't going to care as this is not a criminal matter... unless there are any restraining orders in effect. That doesn't mean the neighbor won't call, but don't worry if he does.
