Q1: Is the Trustee obligated to obtain prior agreements with each beneficiary in order to sell the property ?
Q2. Does the Title Company need anything more at closing than signatures from the Seller (Trustee on behalf of the Trust) and the Buyers ? Meaning ... must the Trust Beneficiaries be individually involved in the closing ?
