Rule 25 of what? Is this better asked in the Wills and Estates forum than here? When you say "Rule" it usually means the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure but I would think that you are talking about a different rule in context of the case here. Remember, how is anyone supposed to know what you are talking about unless you provide information such as the state you are in, the court and a little more about the case?
