In a appeals court from JP - The defendant is 1 week past due on providing a response to my request for disclosure. I reminded them twice, once via fax (a week before due date) and once via email 3 days before due date). W
Today I called counsel for defendant and reminded him the responce is 1 week late. He said 'They're working on it and I will have it in a few days. I asked by when? He wouldn't provide me a specific date.
What would you do?
