Rotten meat!!!

I bought a sandwich from a large sandwich store, brought it home and the meat was rotten. I took the sandwich back to the store and the employee said the meat was bad. She said that she would call her manger and have her call me right away. I called the manger the next day after being up all night getting sick. I talked to her and she said that she would get back to me ASAP. Well lets just say she never did so I called the head office and made a compailnt. So I get a call from the head office and the head manger said that their insurance company knew about this and they want to make it right with me. I will NOT eat there again so what should I do????

Basically, if you have no medical care or records to back up your claim of being sick from the rotten meat, you don't have much.

You have less chances in your claim as PI girl said. You are right, do NOT eat there again and take your chances of what would the insurance company do with regards to your claim.
