Roomate roommate agreement

Before my roommate moves in, she signed an agreement with us stating that she would pay a security deposit to move in and rent by the first of the month up until June 1st. The security would be given back of she stays a tenant until June. She has moved out taking 90 %of her belongings on April 30th. She has paid rent for May 1st. Am I obligated to pay back deposit even though In agreement of she leaves before June she loses deposit?

I don't know that the agreement says that she loses her security deposit if she doesn't pay rent for June. All I hear is that this is your interpretation of what is written but the actual writing is what matters, reflecting your agreement. Has she asked for the security deposit back? If she's not expecting it back, then you have no issue with the security deposit, right?
