me and the father of our unborn child have been discussing what we were going to do with the child once it was born. i originally wanted to give the child up for adoption but now the father wants to step up and be a man. once the child is born he wants me to sign all rights off to the baby but i don't know where to begin or were to start. i need to know what i need to do to begin the process.

You and the father will really need an attorney, if you are allowed to do it at all. Fathers are rarely allowed to give up their rights unless a step-parent adoption is in the works. I assume it's the same for mothers. If the father is married, and his wife will adopt, then it may be possible. Still, you will need an attorney.
