In '99 my Dad passed away at which time my Mother contested the will.
All my siblings signed letters of testamentary for my Mother too be in charge of her own business and to be Executrix of Dad's will.
Now my brother says he has a Deed of Trust signed by my Dad that gives my brother rights to our homeplace.
My question is did my Mother pay for all that legal stuff for nothing or does she have the right to say who gets the property?
