Alcohol & Drugs: DUI, DWI Revoked drivers license

My drivers license has been revoked in Kentucky (DUI)
Can I get a drivers license in the above states which are NOT members of the NONRESIDENT VIOLATOR COMPACT ?

Only two states are not part of the Non-Resident Violator Compact in one form or another. Those would be Michigan and Wisconsin. Could you get a license in those two states? Probably not. See the links below. I think finding auto insurance would also be difficult, as far as I'm aware the Compact does not affect companies from acting on information in other states.

Even if you could get a license in those states you'd still be unable to drive in the other 48.
