I purchased a pair of sneakers from retrofeet.com about a year ago on their website and never recieved the item. I've continuously called and spoken to customer service and kept being told they would investigate and get back in touch with me within 24 hours, but that never happened. They simply took my money and never delivered. What recourse can I take to get my money back?

Did you use a credit card? Why not call them and request a reversal in charges/fraud in a timely fashion?

Report this action to your state attorney general as well as the attorney general of the state they are in. You may not be the only one with a problem. You can also report this to the Better Business Burea as well although they may not be able to help. They might facilitate with a settlement or just serve as a warning to other consumers. I would send them a letter, certified return receipt, demanding my money back.
