When I got divorced in 1984 my retirement was left up to the courts disscerction. I will be able to access my union retiremet at age 55. What do I need to do to have my ex-husband taken off any claim to this. He will be willing to sign whatever is needed. Do we have to go back to court or can we just get some papers signed. This is in California. Thank-you
