Im from illinois. I was recently forced to drop to part time because of my availablility with the company. I was caught removing money out of my drawer. I was pulled into the LP office where i cracked and told the truth. I signed a confession and talked to the police. I was charged with a 1,000 dollar fine and sent home with a court date.
I was wondering what i can expect a sentencing to be for this.
also what i can do (can i get probation instead of jail time?)
