around 1984?i received a class B felony conviction, then in 1989 that conviction was overturned from guilty to not guilty by two judges and two prosecuting attorneys and the court forms stated that anything that went along with the conviction was supposed to be esponged also but the police dept.says that I still have to petition the court to get my concceled weapons permit. My question is when every thing has been esponged by the courts do I want to ask for my gun rights to be esponged again. If so can someone give me the forms I need to fill out?i live in Washington state. and my court paperwork is in south bend wa. that's in pacific county Thank-You

I suggest you consult an attorney.

What you seek won't happen by simply completing a form.

If the state restores your "rights", that won't affect the federal disability.

Only a pardon or an overturned conviction restores yoru rights insofar as the feds are concerned.

Talk to a lawyer or three.

The initial consultation is free, and you can discuss this in person.
