Reselling

I want to make a website selling beads. Can I go to a local walmart & buy them & resell them from my site, or order them online, & have them shipped to me, & then sell them to the visitors on my site? Do I need something special to do this? Or can I not at all?

Unless there is some state law against reselling items or governing such sale, I don't see how it is unlawful. Is there a reason for concern?
