My jurisdiction is: Indiana
I rescinded my 2nd mortgage flex line account at the bank within the 3 days allowable by law, this was done at the bank with the original loan officer.
The bank went ahead and processed this mortgage anyway, what canI do and how can they be held liable for interfering with my credit?
