Resale of McDonald's Burgers

Assuming that all the health and other regulations are met, is it legal to resell McDonald's burgers? The burgers would be re- wrapped also in a unique non- McDonald's wrapping. The business would be a vending cart in a highly trafficked location with no McDonald's or burger places in the area. Thanks.

As long as the health codes are met and you don't represent them as McDonald's burgers you can sell away.
