Rent Increase and lease agreement

Is the landlord allowed to raise rent without my consent even though i have a lease agreement stating my rent??

also, i have permission to have cats in my apt and now we have new landlords who wants the cats gone. is this possible to do even tho i had permission from my old landlord and its on my lease???

Read your lease carefully...........See if he has such rights. If not, you contest the changes...........

My landlord has not given me a rental agreement but now he says I owe him 50 dollars the first day of being late and 10 dollars a day thereafter and I have paid 348.00 of 500.oo . Can he do this. Also he has raised the deposit has been raised from 200 to 500. What can I do.
