I had to leave my primary residence in New Jersey where my husband is still there, to go live in Houston for work for less than a year.

I don't know anything about immigration or what it takes to get your green card renewed.

But I do know a lot about filling out forms and applications. When you are asked a question you answer it truthfully.

"Question 22. Have you resided at any other address since you became a permanent resident?"

Seems to me that it's a very clear and simple question and you admit to living in Houston for part of a year when your primary residence is New Jersey.

What do you think you should do, considering this?

By "temporary" do you mean a Conditional Green Card (because yours was based on marriage).

Anyhow, hopefully you reported your address change as you were OBLIGATED to do on your conditional card and you darn well better make sure they have the CURRENT ONE YOU ARE RESIDING IN NOW NOW via the proper channels (of which the I-751 is NOT), and then you put that on the 751.

As far as the "other addresses" AJ is quite right.
