Hello I want to know if my fiance' will be able to renew his green card next year after he has had a misdeamoner, a drug charge for marijuana, and some city tickets? His card will expire in 2015. He has two children in another state that he takes care of and pays child support every week, he works but files a 1090/99? at the end of the year, (not sure what one it is). I fear that he will not get a renewal, what can I do for him now to help him get ready to apply for the renewal, we want to get legally married but not sure when to go down and do it, I dont want him to get deported, someone tell me what i should do or can do to help him, he has about 8 months to prepare to renew it and i dont want to wait to the last minute. Please guide me so that i can guide him. He is a good person he went to counseling and loves to take care of our home and family. What forms will he need to fill out as well.
