I am currently in removal proceedings for failure to respond to a NOH that I never recieved. I have a child who will be eligible to file for citizenship in 2 months. My question is this:
Can my child, as a permanent resident ,file an I-130 petition on my behalf pendinging his citizenship, and is that a form of relief from removal proceedings? An answer would be greatly appreciated as I have a court hearing tomorrow. Thank you.
