I was pulled over recently and got a ticket, and my truck towed away, for expired registration and no proof of insurance. My registration was paid but I still needed to get a smog test, and I had insurance but didnt have my proof card with me..... Anyways, I just recieved the so called courtesy notice in the mail and it says my fine for the expired registration is $846.oo. Is that really how much the fine for registration is these days.
