Reckless driving citation With a CDL

I received a reckless driving charge app. a year ago and has just recently shown up on my MVR. I have lost my job over it. What can I do to remedy this situation?

At this stage, probably nothing. A CDL driver should vigorously contest every ticket and appeal a serious CDL violation if you lose at the trial court level. For a reckless ticket I always advise an attorney and if you are a CDL driver it is a must. It will go off in three years but you may still have trouble finding a job. You are also supposed ot notify your employer upon conviction which I assume that you did not do. That alone is grounds for termination.
