My father is a 98 year old who fractured his hip at his volunteer job 3 years ago. He was covered by workmans comp. Six months ago the insurance company took away his 24 hour home care even with written documentation stating his need for 24 hour home health aides 
of 4 doctors and a PT evaluation. He had a QME visit two months ago no report as of yet. What is the next step to getting his 24 hour care reinstated. Before his accident he was independent and did not use a cane or walker.
