I invested my life savings with a company that did a lot of things that were illegal; selling securities without a license, fraud and commingling of funds (they admit to the commingling). Since they basically wiped me out I have filed for arbitration via JAMs since that was in their contract with me. It has not commenced yet since they have not paid their fee (I plan on paying their share to get this thing moving along). They are now planning on going to the court and petitioning for a receiver.
What will this do to my claim?
