Sure, you can deny, deny, deny.
That, however, can cause other legal issues for you; as in fraud, criminal conspiracy, or perjury.

I suggest you discuss the ramifications with a couple defense lawyers.

Bad idea. You can potentially be subpoenaed, compelled to testify, held in contempt of court if you don't, and prosecuted for perjury if you change your story.
