I bought a product from a local electronics retailer and it was cheap because it had a rebate. You have to pay the retailer first all of the money and then get the money from the rebate company later.it is impossible to get the rebate because the company doing the rebate never respond to me. the store says it is past the 30 days. Where I can return the item and it is also open. Who can I sue? Can I sue the retailer.? I think this is a small claims case but if it is I also want to be paid for all the time wasted. Can I do that?
