My jurisdiction is: phila, pa

I purchased a duplex 1 1/2 months ago via a FHA loan. Had it inspected and appraised. Since then have found numerous issues that seem important to me that weren't addressed in the reports. Mold growing in the basement on the ceiling, floors that sag up to 4" +, joists that are not sturdy or properly secured beneath those floors, heating systems connected and sharing some elements (which I was told I could be "shut-down" for), electric systems that are connected together and not properly connected, etc...
Wasn't this kind of stuff supposed to be disclosed by someone? Do I have to eat the costs alone?
